The results of this nationwide comparison among medium sized companies, organized by the economic initiative "TOP JOB", honours the outstanding human resources politics done by Mitsubishi. Emphasis was placed particularly on the company's communication and company culture.

Apprenticeship  Mitsubishi HiTec Paper Bielefeld is committed to young people and regularly trains them in future-oriented trades such as industrial business management assistant (f/m), paper technologist (f/m), industrial mechanics technician (f/m), energy electronics technician (f/m) and bachelor of engineering - paper technology (dual studies, f/m).
