TOP JOB  Mitsubishi HiTec Paper Europe was assigned the "Top-employer" award from 2003 to 2007. The results of this nationwide comparison among medium sized companies, organized by the economic initiative "TOP JOB", honours the outstanding human resources politics done by Mitsubishi. Emphasis was placed particularly on the company's communication and company culture. Mitsubishi HiTec Paper Europe is the first paper mill in Germany awarded as a “Top Employer”.
