Mitsubishi Paper Holding (Europe) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Mitsubishi Paper Mills, Tokyo. As the majority or sole shareholder in Mitsubishi HiTec Paper Bielefeld, Mitsubishi HiTec Paper Flensburg and Mitsubishi Paper GmbH, Düsseldorf, the holding company is responsible for the European corporate strategy of the three German companies in accordance with the global corporate strategy of Mitsubishi Paper Mills. In addition to coordination, the holding company’s main activities include maximising the efficiency of the various organisational units and exploiting synergies.
