Mitsubishi Paper Holding (Europe) GmbH is a wholly owned subsidiary of Mitsubishi Paper Mills Ltd., Tokyo. As the majority or sole shareholder in Mitsubishi HiTec Paper Europe GmbH (with sites in Bielefeld and Flensburg) and Mitsubishi Paper GmbH, Düsseldorf, the holding company is responsible for the European strategy of the European companies in accordance with the global corporate strategy of Mitsubishi Paper Mills Ltd. In addition to coordination, the holding company’s main activities include maximising the efficiency of the various organisational units and exploiting synergies.
