DPX 2: CtPP in B3 format The DPX 2 offers pre-press the ideal basis for cost-effective and efficient working. It processes finished data sets in next to no time. A 4c plate set in 2,540 dpi takes no longer than 12 minutes, for example. Depending on the resolution required, up to 30 plates can be output an hour. The DPX 2 has internal drum imaging, up to two plate magazines and an integrated processor.
The Mitsubishi Silver Digiplate polyester plate is perfectly adapted to the processing requirements of the DPX 2. The tone value range of  3– 97 per cent offers much better reproduction characteristics than analogue plate-making.
With a repeat accuracy of 25 µm over four consecutive plates, the DPX 2 is an ideal addition to the increasingly frequent 4c-based pre-press.
With a maximum plate format of 420 x 550 mm (optional 460 x 550 mm), the DPX 2 produces ready punched printing plates with lateral or longitudinal registers. The DPX 2 is available for Germany, Netherlands and Belgium.
