Pre-Press Mitsubishi Paper introduce a new generation of Silver Digiplate (SDP) polyester printing plates.
SDP-FRS 175 is the continued effort to keep Silver Digiplate the premium product in the polyester plate market. While published specifications remain the same, the new developments and world-wide field testing has shown improved run length under varying conditions, reduced incidence of toning, as well as wider development window and on-press latitude. SDP-FRS 175 is compatible with virtually any polyester platesetter or laser imagesetter on the market today, and designed to work especially well in the Mitsubishi Eco 1630 series and ECRM DPX series (including DPX 2, DPX4, DPX 4 Eco).
The new Silver Digiplate Eco chemistry is the latest version of our processing chemistries for Mitsubishi Silver Digiplate and Silver Master (for SDP-Eco series and CP-Eco series), SDP-EAC II and SDP-EST II. They have a better performance of each Activator SLM-EAC and Stabilizer SLM-EST which was used regularly until now, and running performance, roll-up performance when starting to print, and run length performance are improved furthermore.
